Employers can exclude employees who have been with them less than 3 years... so none of us will have jobs for longer than 3 years at a time.

I think SMALL employers can exclude anyone. It is 50 and over that have to insure all “full time” or whatever.

I can foresee a lot of employees being fired on a Friday afternoon and being re-hired the next Monday Morning.
