go to agree with this....it didn’t have to be a gov’t subsidized crap sandwich but the GOPe did nothing to offer anything better...
The first alternative to Obamacare was to continue with the existing status quo, that would have been vastly superior to Obamacare. To castigate the GOP for not proposing something better when the Democrats came up with something vastly worse than what we had before just doesn’t seem right. For every dime’s worth of good Obamacare has done it has done ten thousand dollar’s worth of damage. Obamacare is definitely NOT better than nothing and the damage from it is just beginning.
