You can do that even if you enter fake information. They are using a cookie to track your votes, so your vote won’t count, but they will take you to the results page.

I had the same trouble. Instead, click in box #1 Then go to person you want to vote for in that spot and click on picture. It will turn red on the bottom and appear on the top. Then click in the box for #2, etc. You can’t drag them around but you can x out the picture you chose, should you want to change it, then just click in the box and click the picture. Took me awhile to figure it out quite honestly...
