Brad Avakian is in dire need of a reeducation himself. If this order is allowed to stand, Christian Conservatives are out of options from within the system.

I'm not sure how common the Avakian name is. Perhaps is the equivalent of "Smith" for Armenians, or something. But apart from this Brad Avakian, the only other Avakian I've ever heard of, is this guy:
From wikipedia:
Bob Avakian (born March 7, 1943) is an American political activist and Chairman of the Revolutionary Communist Party, USA (RCP).

Move to another country. One that has freedoms. Ours are gone.

The only emotional damage is to the Christians. The gay couple was probably shopped to get a denial.

I would think a gag order like that is unconstitutional under free speech 1 st amendment. They should sue state of Oregon for 10 times the so- called fine.

Find a conservative legal organization, defy the gag order and make it a test case. Liberals and LBGTQ-EIEIO do this crap all the time. Use their own tricks against them.

Did a judge issue this? If not, this fascist can go pound sand.

My, and we know how the law would have come down just as hard on a bakery run by a Muslim refusing to cater to a gay wedding (do I actually need to indicate sarc?).

Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian So now we have given "Labor Commissioners" the right to impose fines? Do they also have the power to arrest and imprison people? Do they carry guns?
Brad needs to have his brain rearranged. With a baseball bat.

No, a state government official, but Oregon state will enforce this unless overturned by a judge, so the bakers will have to appeal the decision to what is becoming an obviously corrupt and biased court system.

This case is not about a wedding cake or a marriage, Avakian wrote. We know. It's about a godless, tyrannical state squashing Liberty and Christianity.
Why didn't the Lesbian pair (they are physically incapable of being a couple) just go to a mooselimb bakery?

Actually, I’m sure Oregon would have a hard time enforcing anything against these folks even if they just moved to another state.

How difficult is THAT rather than exerting a personal ideology to send the sodomites on their way [and providing a basis for a PC litigation]?

They're evil, not stupid. But you raise an interesting point about the double standards of the Left.

For reals, player? Has the Fifth Amendment been ruled unConstitutional in Oragone?
" No person shall.... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law..."
constitution.findlaw.com/amendment5.html
These people are being denied property without being charged, without being allowed to face their accusers in a court of law..
Wake up, America!
It's time to declare government bureaucracies unConstitutional.
