Gov Walker did not put the subject matter into the Budget
You know, if you listen to MKE local radio there was a genuine pissing contest between the Assembly and the Senate during negotiations in the last couple of weeks which leaked out. I wonder if that was the source of this. In any case, Walker did the right thing, quickly.
