Paul Ryan is the perfect poster boy for the gelding wing of the GOP. His signature achievements are that:

1. He lost a debate to Joe Biden, formerly the dumbest male member of the U.S. Senate.
   
2. He got snookered into a one-sided budget "compromise" by Patricia Bin Murray, the dumbest member of the U.S. Senate of either gender, since 1995.
