That is what I was saying. In Louisiana there are entire towns, in the country, that are overwhelming black and if you stop there they will treat you as one of their own.

The South is different when you get out of the big cities but having said that there are neighborhoods in New Orleans and Baton Rouge that are almost all black and no one will bother you there. Nice neighborhoods. I always say: Southern Blacks are different.
