Macy’s has gotten ridiculously expensive. I find it not difficult at all to stop going there.
I canceled my account at Macy’s yesterday and enjoyed telling them why. They are also sending me a letter stating I closed account, NOT that card was lost or stolen. From the conversation I had with Macy’s employee I know many folks made calls!
