O’Reilly is a pretentious blowhard but once in a while he’s absolutely dead on. This is one of those times.

I take issue with this statement. For illegal aliens that are the folks that don't commit violent crimes, they still do commit many crimes just to stay in the U.S..
In order to apply for gubbamint assistance such as food stamps, housing, schooling for kiddos, they have to fill out federal, state, municipal, county official forms. Many who do not have legal documentation use forged documents and or make fraudulent statements on these forms in order to gain these benefits and not reveal their illegal status.
Think about driving without insurance/drivers license. Filling out rental apps with HUD designation on the bottom. There is a whole host of benefits illegals receive...illegally.
To stay in the U.S., they almost have to forge or perjure themselves time and again. Many of these offenses are felonies or Class A/B misdemeanors.
If this were American citizen fraudulently submitting false statements on official applications and using forged documents, we'd be thrown under the jail. Illegal aliens get a big fat pass.
