Wouldn’t a little gold be better? What does someone want with a Chanel bag no matter how lovely?

How does a designer handbag taste?
I suppose for best results, they must be boiled for easier chewing.

I’ve heard it said that a can of beans is worth its weight in gold if you’re hungry enough.

If the plan is for them to take money from all your bank and retirement accounts as well as from your safety deposit boxes how long do you think that they would let you keep gold?

This is a report from the Washington Post and they would not want to write that the euro, dollar, or any other fiat currency is worthless and owning gold is the thing to do.
The Japanese have learned the hard lesson about fiat currency. Japan has seen their yen drop from 130 to 80 in the past two years. The smart Japanese investor would have bought gold when the yen was worth 130.
The same is probably going to be true for the US investor. The US Dollar index is now in the high 90’s. It is probably a good time to sell dollars and buy gold.

Will be no different here, accept they go after electronics big screens and the like and they most like will just steal them rather than even trying to buy them!

Hoard 5000 gallons of Jack Daniels! Or learn to brew your own! I have several gallons of mead going at the moment. Looking forward to "testing" it. :)
