There is no doubt we need an article 5 convention to amend the constitution in a couple of ways. That is the only way it will be amended to right the wrongs that have been done. That’s the first step. Who knows if those amendments would actually be enforced?

We have three branches of a federal government that no longer follow the Constitution. Why would they follow an amended Constitution?

No on in the District of Corruption will amend their ways, but some of the proposed Constiontional Amendments that Levin's book proposed WILL RETURN POWER TO THE STATES - IT WILL BE UP TO THE STATES TO REIN IN DC. For example returning the election of US Senators to the state legislators rather than just a popular vote,

<>Why would they follow an amended Constitution?<>

As Cheerio explained, the only worthwhile amendments are of a structural nature that cannot be lawyered away.

Despite galloping tyranny and thorough corruption of every ruling (not governing) institution in DC, the faux republic of the United States will continue to abide by its constitutionally commanded structure, meaning it will hold even year elections, it will continue the House, Senate, Presidency, Judiciary, limit the president to two terms, reps to two and “senators” to six year terms. The faux US republic will not bring back slavery, stop women or blacks over 18 years of age from voting. These are hardwired, structural aspects of our government that cannot be disregarded or lawyered away.

What is absolutely necessary is at least a return to the structural protections of a senate of the states. Mark Levin proposes "super-federalization:"

Mark Levin's Amendments.
