San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimiis is defending his decision to release illegal alien, seven time felon and five time deported Francisco Sanchez onto the streets of his sanctuary city today after Sanchez shot and killed 33-year-old Kate Steinle while she was on a walk with her father last week.
Mirkarimiis is being accused of being complicit in Steinle's killing after Sanchez admitted in a jailhouse interview that he chose San Francisco due to sanctuary city policies. Those policies have been implemented and strongly supported by Mirkarimiis over the years.

Mirkarimi earlier was charged with three misdemeanors and could have been sentenced to a year in jail if convicted. Those charges were dropped as part of a plea deal.

Sheriff Ross Mirkarimiis isn’t too bright. Abusing his wife, then failing to realize he’ll be the scape-goat on this matter, doesn’t impress.
In truth, the whole city council, police department, and any county government agencies that have played along with the sanctuary city concept, are all equally to blame for the killing of the young woman.
I hope a massive law-suit brings San Francisco to it’s knees. Talk about your dereliction of duty.

The both of them; Mr. and Mrs. Mirakarimi, have definetely given the folks something to talk about for years. Not A Joke: Mrs. Mirakarimi, Eliana Lopez is now doing a Comedic Play in Spanish called ‘ Cual Es el Escandalo?” or “What is the scandal?”. It is a story of domestic violence based on real life events that happened to her and Mr. Mirakarimi when their child was temporarily taken away during the domestic violence dispute. I guess I have to give it to her for making lemonade out of life’s lemons’.
Now, let’s just imagine if a “WHITE CRIMINAL” killed a “BLACK WOMAN” after he had been released 5 times from incarceration? I’m quite sure hat withing the span of a couple of days, there would have been the “RENT A MOB” with hundreds, if not thousands of signs saying “BLACK LIVES MATTER”, and who knows, they would have burned San Francisco to the ground, like they did in Baltimore. The lame stream media would have been there, like a pack of wolves. Decrying how “RACIST” this country still is.

I don’t know how any court in the land can watch a city turn a known dangerous criminal alien loose on the streets, and then find the government faultless for anything that happens next.
It would seem to me there are a number of ways a government can endanger it’s citizens. I don’t think governments found to be doing this, should be immune from suits or even prosecution.
Some heads should roll over this criminal alien. If they don’t, why should any agency fear letting criminals loose?
This is pretty elemental stuff.
I think it’s time to ban anything with the Golden Gate Bridge on it.
