Nope I don't. I agree with you.

I don’t know how any court in the land can watch a city turn a known dangerous criminal alien loose on the streets, and then find the government faultless for anything that happens next.

Stick around, the municipal court of the city and county of San Francisco will find them blameless.

The State court will uphold them.

The 9th district court of appeals will uphold the state court.

The Supreme Beings in the USC will uphold the 9th district.

It's not right on any level, but it is what will happen.

Betya $10.

You’d probably win the $10.00.

In general terms, you can’t hold a city responsible for crime that takes place on the streets. In general, I agree with this.

Someone out of the blue does something vile, you can’t just blame the city for it.

I see this situation differently though. The city know of this guy, let him go, wouldn’t follow ICE’s guidelines. They are directly responsible for the acts he committed because they didn’t do their duty.

You may still be right, but when statutes are addressed and the city ignored them and this woman died, I’m not sure the general “blameless” rule will be deemed to apply.

As you say, we’ll see.

Do you think a school would be held blameless if they hired a known sexual predator of children, and he killed a child?

Seems to me it’s the same level of negligence here.
