Folks in this society prefer to live amongst themselves. They’ll be “placed” in upper income homes, turn the houses into trash and then move back to where they came from.

In the 1970s, a local realty agent would occasionally tour a black couple who came into the area. The area was predominately white with some Native Americans.

The agent said they (a black couple, not always the same ones) would come through every 5 years or so. All of the area agents knew they were there just to see what kind of treatment they would get. Some even got to the point of signing on the dotted line, but decided to wait and talk it over — never to be seen again.

Agents knew they were from NAACP or some similar racial group and they were just testing. The agents were nice and showed them whatever they wanted to see, because the agents knew they had no intention of actually buying any property.

Your corrections are wrong. Your corrections are what we live in today. Failure.

YOU are wrong and this very thread topic shows how wrong you are.

Did the Jews flock to Nazi Germany to back the German war effort? There were plenty of jobs there. Did whites flock to South Africa to help rebuild South Africa after Aparthied collapsed? There were plenty of jobs there.

You seem to want to pretend liberals aren’t robbing, rioting and killing. Do you feel we should spend your personal retirement to help rebuild Baltimore of Furgeson? It wasn’t just blacks rioting there. It was LIBERALS. And you want to FIX these cities so they can do it with fresh targets? Human and constructed?

No, you and ‘right’ aarent occupying the same zip code.

Yea I see them ‘conservatives’ on the Trump threads. They were the same people that DEMANDED Mitch, Jonbon and Romney.

Conservatives one and all.

The new version of The Community Reinvestment Act? Let’s loan to people who can’t afford to flee their thug environments?

The CRA didn’t work and led to our financial collapse...

Same era, consider the idea they had of “desegregation bussing.” Yeah, that pretty much failed too and most of it has finally fizzled out. How much did that endeavor cost?

The civilized law abiding citizens won’t be able to exit. The cost of living in a suburb is going to sky rocket.

Regionalism: Obama’s Quiet Anti-Suburban Revolution
Stanly Kurtz, written way back in 2013

The most obvious new element of the president’s regionalist policy initiative is the July 19 publication of a Department of Housing and Urban Development regulation broadening the obligation of recipients of federal aid to “affirmatively further fair housing.” The apparent purpose of this rule change is to force suburban neighborhoods with no record of housing discrimination to build more public housing targeted to ethnic and racial minorities.

OK boys and girls, here’s the plan. Next census we all claim that we are a member of a minority group. The feds look at the numbers and the “diversity” has been achieved. Problem solved.

You have the God given right to be wrong. I’m fine with that. No one is forcing you to accept facts. You stay in the liberal cities and others can leave. Win Win.

...scrutinize their housing patterns for racial bias and to publicly report, every three to five years...

When will the people with glasses be shot? Where will the reeducation camps be set up?

The sad reality is that even in new places that you propose, these same folks will come in and do the same destruction. The trouble makers will go to another target and it would be those places.

I do not want to be argued with. The debate is over.

Rather you have the right to have unrealistic ideas. I will respect that.

Section Eight, coming to your neighborhood real soon. Obama’s plan will “spread” the devaluation of all homes, create fair crime and further urban decay so the ghettos will not be so noticeable.

No it isn’t over but you are free to decline participation. Nore a I interested in your rules on argument.

Had you read my posts instead of taking a contrary position to anything I post (a historical fact as well) you would have read where I specifically stated keeping liberals out. And yes, that can easily be done. Don’t hire them. Don’t make laws that cater to them and keep them from election to any office.

As I said, it is unrealistic ideas. Will not work. Those are the facts. People can and do move around, even liberals, like it or not.

So you are saying that we cannot stop liberals from ruling us. You are denying history. I don’t know why that is but it’s what you are doing.
