The purpose is to create a military that owes personal allegiance to the negro community organizer and his successor Hillary.(Hitler required such allegiance from the German army) Such a military would gleefully shoot down Americans; plus God help those that would fall into their hands as prisoners. Such poor souls would take days to die.
