Real-estate magnate Donald Trump just had one of the most contentious interviews so far of his 2016 presidential campaign.
Trump, who has a high-profile feud with NBCUniversal, sat down Wednesday with NBC News' Katy Tur.
And after Tur challenged Trump's argument linking violent crime to illegal immigration, he told her she should be better informed.
"Don't be naive. You're a very naive person," he said.
When Tur stumbled while referencing some statistics to bolster her point, Trump mocked her inability to get the question out.
"Try getting it out. Try getting it out. I mean, I don't know if you're going to put this on television. But you don't even know what you're talking about. Try getting it out, go ahead," he said.

At another point in the exchange, Trump mocked his media critics. According to video posted by Mediaite, Trump panned conservative columnist Charles Krauthammer as a "totally overrated person" and touted his own wealth compared to the National Review's Jonah Goldberg.
"You know, it's interesting. I went to the best school, got great marks, everything else. I went out, I made a fortune, a big fortune, a tremendous fortune," he said. "Then I get called [out] by a guy that can’t buy a pair of pants? I get called names? Give me a break."

Respect, perhaps. Support? Not so much, depending on your definition of "support", I think he definitely deserves credit for showing people how to deal with the press. I support his willingness to say what he thinks, without filtering through "politics", but overall, I really can't support him as a candidate, and don't personally trust him as a candidate.
I'm loving the show, personally but really would prefer Cruz, or Walker as a candidate. Neither are perfect either, but I feel they are closer to what I support than trump is. He's just supported too many liberal positions in the past.

Trump is right if it wasn’t for him nobody would be talking about this problem. Now Rush and Hannity can’t shut up about it.
Worthy of the office? BO has made a mockery of the office. You sure are pious, aren’t you? If he can put this country back together again - then he deserves a chance to do so. We’ve had such wussies as presidents, and now a monster sits in the oval office. Lighten up Florence. He loves America, which is more than I can say for the other candidates, other than Cruz. That’s the problem...his “political equals” have risen to the top as you note, and think they KNOW BETTER THAN WE DO; THINK WE ARE STUPID; THINK THEY HAVE IT MADE (example Marco “Mr 60th TPP Vote” Rubio” ran as a TeaParty favorite and SUPPORTED Obama’s TransPacific sell out of Americas interests). Trump IS hitting the elites in a way only a very few can. I APPLAUD his efforts and, along with illegals he is now aimed at Jeb Bush’s Common Core.
I think he really DOES want to save our Country.
I don’t give a sh** what other countries think of us - including our enemies. I think if they are watching Trump - they have to be nervous.
