Look, if you want to challenge tyrants, fine. But first be absolutely sure of your defenses, and minimize your vulnerabilities.

At the very start, they should have sold their business, major assets and home to a trusted person who lives out of state, then continued to work live there on a normal lease. And all other assets and money should be out of state and secured in such a way that they cannot be seized.

Especially the money sent to their legal defense needs to be in a secure location outside of the grasp of these tyrants.

And they cannot just play defense. They must become very litigious, both against the tyrant and against the homosexuals who started this. Drag all of them into court again and again, to make them sweat and pay lots of money to lawyers.

While the tyrant might be able to get support from taxpayer money, the two homosexuals could be impoverished and put deeply into debt.

And if at any time the tyrant or the homosexuals don’t show up, ask for a summary judgment against them, and ask for a contempt of court citation, which could put them in jail until they pay the judgment. Modern debtors’ court, which is used a lot by debt collection agencies.

Default judgment if the other side doesn’t show up.

Also house shoulda been protected by the biz being a corporation.

And quitclaimed or put in trust so it never gets sold, only passed on from one generation to the next. Or a generation skipping trust setup.
