The flying of the Confederate flag is protected by free speech. Choosing not to fly the Confederate flag is also protected by free speech.

There is a obviously a difference between Free Speech and Politically Correct Free Speech. I’m sure the SCOTUS will tell us what the First Amendment finds allowable in their next Session.
