If the burning of the American flag is protected by free speech, why is the flying of the Confederate flag not?

The flying of the Confederate flag is protected by free speech. Choosing not to fly the Confederate flag is also protected by free speech.

EXACTLY.

There is a obviously a difference between Free Speech and Politically Correct Free Speech. I’m sure the SCOTUS will tell us what the First Amendment finds allowable in their next Session.

Somebody should check with an expert in the field.
I suggest Bill Ayers.
