Maybe they can borrow Governess Haley’s 9 pens to write the next gun control regulation. Anybody believe Boner and the other clowns will oppose it? Didn’t the newly minted millionaire victims’ families already jet off to DC to insist on new background checks? We owe it to them to enact sweeping changes in public policy before the emotion dies down (see: Rahm Emanuel).

Felony charges will disqualify you until the charges are dismissed, or you are acquitted or convicted.

A person who is currently under indictment for a felony or has been convicted of one is supposed to fail the NICS check.
