July 10, 2015 U.S. Marshals Staffer Caught Having Sex On Courthouse Roof
HARRISBURG, Pa. -- The U.S. Marshals Service says one of its employees was photographed having sex on the roof of a federal courthouse in Pennsylvania.
A resident of a nearby apartment building who was concerned that there was a security breach snapped the pictures this week and sent them to WHTM-TV in Harrisburg, which alerted authorities.
U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane issued a statement Thursday confirming the employee's involvement. He said the matter is under investigation.
The photos depict a couple engaged in sex acts on the roof of the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Harrisburg.
"Since the case is still under investigation, we are limited as to what we may say, however we are resolute that the security integrity of the building remains intact," Pane said in a statement.

Did they do safe sex? Did they sign a contract beforehand??

I retired from the USMS and my first thought was ‘WTF?’ before I cracked up laughing.....still trying to imagine a Deputy or admin person going up to the roof of the courthouse to get it on.....oh my!
In the age of camera phones, anyone doing anything illegal, immoral or fattening in a public place or in view of the public is stupid.
did they keep their badges on?
Did they get doubletime?
They were just doing what judges do to citizens all the time.
They don’t need no stinkin’ badges.
If you want to employ people and let them screw on your property during working hours go ahead. Entirely on your own dime.
Me, I expect people to work during working hours and show some decorum in the halls of government.
And I don’t care how hot they think they look, don’t do it out the open in town. Someone will film them. They know that now.
Superman was kinda bored so he just started flying around looking for something to do. He’s flying over Wonder Woman’s house and with his super vision sees her on the roof. He stops for a glimpse and sees her naked. She’s lying there and squirming around looking real hot.
Superman was getting turned on looking at her so he decides what the hell, I can just fly in real quick, give her the ole’ in-out and be out of there before she even knows what hit her. After all he is Superman. So, in he goes, wham-bam and he’s out of there.

I’ll bet it all started out so innocently with him saying: This is my rifle and this is my gun, this is for shooting and this is for fun.....
Well in an ideal world you are correct.
But I bet we can both think of a whole bunch of public employees we would rather have screwing someone else on the clock rather than us.

That may be so-—but a civil society that embraced “sexual liberation” like SCOTUS did recently, when they removed Reason and Morality from the sex act-—sex without any moral constraints—we will no longer be “free”.
Republics always promote Virtue (Montesquieu) and once “Just” Law promotes vice and illicit behaviors (as our courts do now), it will collapse civil society and make Freedom impossible.
As Jones illustrates in “Libido Dominandi” all sexual liberation is created by governments for a system of complete political control. Without Virtue, inner control, the only other type is Outer controls. All sexual “liberation” is for the domination and evil use of other human beings. It creates chaos and hate and division and destruction of the family which emotionally cripples all children which creates dysfunctions and the need of intrusive government control.
As Aristotle knew, without Virtue, there is no possibility of Freedom. Vice is a form of slavery which ejects Reason, and Justice is impossible when Reason is not part of “Justice” (the queen of Virtue).

America is making Sodom and Gomorrah look like piker city state amateurs in the big league of sexuality immorality and perversion. Were those two guys on the roof? They may get a pass.
So are they going to SWAT the photographer for taking unauthorized pictures?
If they are so stupid as to do it on the roof of a building surrounded by buildings at least as tall they really need to be flipping burgers or waxing cars.
