Republican presidential contender Donald Trump is about as authentic as a Rwandan Peso.

It’s good that he is bringing attention to the Illegal Alien problem but he is not candidate material. Not as a Republican anyway. The Democrats are welcome to him if that is their desire.

Curious, which other supposedly Republican candidates would discard?

If he were elected and did nothing else as President, that would be just fine for me.

Your post makes no sense. The Democrats MUST have the illegals over-running the electorate.

I think if anything Trump would ignore the social engineering crap that has been guiding both sides for the last 50 years and key in on whats right for American business.

Curious, then just who is “Candidate Material”?

Another GOPe pandering fool?

Cruz or Trump. Our only options. The rest are too busy with their heads up minority butts.

Authentic or not, candidate material or not, he's showing the rest of the Republican field the proper way to handle the lunatic left and their friends in the mainstream media. He doesn't back down from them in the face of their relentless attacks. Instead, he stands his ground, hits them back, and doesn't care if they like what he says or not. Each time he does, his poll numbers go up. The question is: does anyone else in the Republican field have the guts to follow Trump's example? Or will they continue to cower and apologize every time they say something the left doesn't like?

Cruz and Trump are the only ones that have my consideration at this point.
