Someone should check the DNC (or Clinton Foundation)
donor lists for Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman.........or his alias’.... El Chapo was given a California driver’s license in 1988, according to the DEA.... under the name of “Max Aragon”.
El Chapo was wanted in the United States at the time “Max Aragon” got the Cali driver’s license.
Fortunately for El Chapo, illegal immigrants can now get driver’s licenses legally in the state of California under a new law that went into effect in January under Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown.
In the first three days of Democrat Brown's new law, more than 46,000 illegals applied, prompting “Black Friday”-type lines and wait times outside DMV offices.

He usually lives in the mountains. There it is virtually impossible because of terrain and loyalty of community to bring him out alive. Otoh a drone would do the job of eliminating him
It was only because of visiting a resort by the sea that he was caught last time.

El Chapo used crowd-funding to escape and now plans to plant his roots in the most famous sanctuary city, Frisco. Gov. Brown repeated his feelings towards all immigrants, illegal, rapist, felons, anchor baby, saying and speaking for all taxpaying citizens, “we love all illegals, come on over”.........This just in El Chapo is nixing Frisco and will now take up residence in the White House, in the Lincoln Bedroom
