“Do you think I am an idiot?”

I don’t know if you are but your posts are idiotic.

“Do you really think there is no one here on Free Republic or in the wider society that thinks I speak things which resonate with angry truth and accuracy?”

I count only two that still deny the bikers started the gun fight.

TG - you seem to have the answers...

Who started the gunfight? (names please, who shot and who was shot)

Were CIs or UCs involved in the initial argument that lead to the gunfight?

What was the UC government agent in the red boots (with the rifle and police vest just after the shooting) doing there (before the shooting started)?

What is the full story of the 5 that were “unarrested” the morning after the shooting?

“Who started the gunfight? (names please, who shot and who was shot)”

All witnesses (including bikers) that have spoken said the bikers started the gunfight.

“Were CIs or UCs involved in the initial argument that lead to the gunfight?”

There is no indication that they were involved in the initial argument. According to some bikers the instigator was a ‘high-up’ in the club, not likely a CI or UC.

“What was the UC government agent in the red boots (with the rifle and police vest just after the shooting) doing there (before the shooting started)?”

Cite evidence that he was UC.

“What is the full story of the 5 that were “unarrested” the morning after the shooting?”

I have seen no ‘full story’ published.

I understand if momentous public events may have shaped a pedantic weltanschauung for you that is difficult to escape when discussing the spectrums of civil disobedience and insurrection and the deployment of State military power against citizens.

I still think your style is adorable, and persistently so.

But you're not Raymond Hamlin, no matter how much you try, and I'm not Radical Jack. No matter how many good Baptist girls fell under the thrall of long haired rebels on chrome horses.

“I understand if momentous public events “

Gang shootings in public venues can be considered to be momentous public events.

You have no concrete answers as to what happened, yet you are sure the State/government were/are acting properly. (Pepper in some denial - the red boots guy pretty much had to be UC. See Travis Mcgee’s photos on previous, early, threads.)

You are prejudiced and biased against the American citizens arrested at Waco. There is no better way to explain it.

“You have no concrete answers as to what happened, yet you are sure the State/government were/are acting properly.”

Jimmy Graves, Bandidos officer and TCOC president at the Waco shooting, says they respect the police for doing their job.

(Big John Snyder, Vice president of the Boozefighters at the Waco shooting) “The police were professional, considering the situation they were in. They were professional and doing their job,” he said.

We have also heard from a biker family member that the police probably saved lives at Waco.

Given that UC dudes usually seek to NOT be on camera, I fail to see how it is likely that he was UC.

On the contrary, Yugo (your other screen name is just a little too red-white-and-bluey for someone who isn't fake as a plastic daisy), I am recently happily surprised and heartened by the fact that out on the streets and socializing here and there at gatherings over the past few days, visiting with flesh-and-blood American patriots you can look in the eye and press flesh in handshakes or hugs, the OPPOSITE is true -- nobody (or hardly anybody) believes this tired old "big bad bikers versus heroic cops" lie anymore.

You're either living in a cave, or in a greenhouse. But you sure as hell betray in your heart the blessed American icon that you blaspheme as your screen name. You're a friggin' Yugo of an American -- a foreigner in origin and piece of junk in material.

Nine people are dead, and there is no assertion that the State did not kill the majority of them.

Lets keep the focus right here on this statement for the moment.

First I notice you've reduced your original 'nine dead' by state forces assertion to a 'majority' killed by state forces, which is a good start. It demonstrates an acknowledgment on your part that bikers killed bikers and it wasn't a police massacre.

So the question becomes who shot first, the police or the bikers? I've read at least a half dozen separate eye witness accounts of the shootout and every single one of them supports the notion that bikers started shooting at each other first. Absent evidence to the contrary I have no reason to disbelieve them. Eyewitness accounts show at least four bikers were killed by other bikers.

Did the police kill any bikers? I'd say the likelihood they did is overwhelming, especially as it pertains to the Cossack shown shooting from the patio area in the AP reviewed TP video. WTF that guy was shooting at from way back there is anyone's guess, but he got put down with a head shot. Darn near impossible to see how that wasn't a police marksman.

By my tally so far, its four killed by bikers and one by the cops with four left to go. While it may be possible that the rest were killed by police I kind of doubt it. For instance, I do not believe that Jesse 'Mohawk' Rodriguez was killed by police and his family apparently doesn't think so either. Their negligent death lawsuit does not name the City of Waco or their police department as a defendant.

Which would mean a majority of the bikers were NOT killed by police...and its time to update your rhetoric again.

Turns out they were all members of the same 3% club who got caught up in police dragnet around Twin Peaks and then let go once it was determined who they were.

How's that for a government conspiracy?
