Gun Used in San Francisco Shooting Stolen From Federal Agent
The New American ^ | July 9, 2015 | Warren Mass

Posted on 07/14/2015 11:25:07 AM PDT by detective

The gun used by illegal alien Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez in what he claims was an accidental fatal shooting of a woman on San Francisco’s Pier 14 on July 1 has been determined to have been stolen from an unidentified Bureau of Land Management agent. Sources told the San Francisco Chronicle that the .40-caliber pistol was the agent’s personal firearm and had been stolen from his automobile not long before the shooting.

Sanchez claimed that he found the gun wrapped in a T-shirt while sitting on a bench at the pier. “So I picked it up and ... it started to fire on its own,” he told KGO-TV. “Then suddenly I heard that boom boom, three times.” Sanchez kicked the gun off the pier into San Francisco Bay and claimed he only realized he had shot someone when he was arrested by police hours later.

Sanchez's story about just finding the gun is obviously not true.

What was the BLM agent’s name ?
Why do BLM “agents” need a firearm ?

If they encounter a bear or a cougar in some remote area I presume. Says it was his personal weapon.

So is his story about it just going off by itself.

And, he didn't demand any money or valuables from anyone.

Ergo, it was a hit.

I could more easily understand a BLM employee wanting a weapon as opposed to the Education Dept., Social Security Administration, GSA, etc.

Who is the incompetent Federal Agent that let his gun get in the hands of an Illegal Alien. How did he get it?

This is a part of the Department of the Interior, like the Office of Surface Mining. Thousands of government employees looking after locked up resources...

I live in the west...95% of the county I live in is either BLM or US Forest Service “administered”. Both organizations have law enforcement officers and they run around in pickup trucks with flashing light bars and stupid paint jobs.

There is NO reason they should be armed...if they have a problem they should be required to obtain assistance from the county sheriff...the only law enforcement entity that I recognize when I am in the boonies.

If I were an agent and did something stupid with my gun I would probably say it was stolen, too.

Trump sanctioned it to bolster his position on illegal immigration.

"Thousands of government employees looking after locked up resources..."

When I first moved to this county in the 1980's, there were about a dozen USFS employees and about the same amount of BLM. This at a time when there were 5 sawmills operating within 30-miles of town; there were lots of cattle grazing on fee land and mineral exploration and operating mines in the area.

Now there are half the cattle on permits, NO lumber mills, no mines in operation and no serious mineral exploration and the FS constructed a huge new building and employ over 100 idiots. No one can justify this increase...hell, the feds are the single largest employer in a city of 3,000. Absolutely absurd!!

So that’s two strikes against the FedGuv:

1) Incompetent FBI employees allow Charleston shooter to purchase weapon.

2) Incompetent BLM employee fails to secure weapon, leading to it being stolen.

Don’t forget—This is the same FedGuv that’s in charge of your healthcare.

There ought to be laws against that kind of thing.

Rather than continuing to focus on this ONE case, why hasn’t our side pointed out the MANY cases of US citizens being murdered by illegals?
