What does it tell you that after the trouble he caused in the U.S. and he was deported to Mexico and subsequently decided to return to an American prison as an alternative to being free in Mexico? For goodness sake, what punishment can we deliver if Mexico’s scumbags prefer American jails to Mexico’s streets?
