I doubt it’s that high in Hawaii. Because everyone knows everyone else or is related—”hey, you my aunty’s brother’s cousin’s sister,” as the Rap Reiplinger skit goes, you can’t do anything in Hawaii without everyone else knowing about it in 24 hours.
