You have it 100% right. The laws that are currently on the books are perfectly operable, if only they were enforced. It is very possible that quotas need realigning, but that’s up to Congress.

If only they were enforced, we wouldn’t have the current people occupying the WH and several other government positions in this country. Many would either be in jail or actually deported.
