“I support a photo red light camera program because it saves lives,”

No they don’t. They support revenue and overspending.

Oh and bribes.

There are surveillance camera at just about every major intersection in Cincinnati. Not moving violations (yet) but at least four cameras at every major intersection.

“I support a photo red light camera program because it saves lives..." said Mayor Coleman.

The only things they decrease are yellow light times, and productivity.
