Did they stick their head down under the dash to make sure?

“I doubt they find this one, either.”

Temperature, food and safety.
But you’re right. Austin is too big of a place to find one snake.

Almost everyone knows that you should never play with your snake while sitting in your car at a Lowes parking lot,

I’d put off any home improvement projects if I lived there. I’ve seen cobras in the wild and they are shy but very hard yo see near rice pads or in the forest. People working in rice paddies are of two minds about them, they are scared but the snakes keep the rat population down.

Well, the performers who do that trick are using snakes that have had their fangs pulled out or have had other things done to make sure they cannot bite.

My cobra loves riding in the car. He sits right up on the seat and sticks his head out the window..

it strikes me as seriously dumb that we don’t have laws preventing the importation of animals like this as pets.

loom at what’s happened to a the everglades because a few morons decided that their pet pythons were too much hassle to take care of and decided to secretly let them go in the wild.

non-native invasive species are a problem.

deadly non-native invasive species are a bigger problem.

f’ing morons. shaking my head at the rampant stupidity of people on this planet.

What part of the body is his car? Is it near the leg, arm, torso?

“Police described the cobra as black with a distinctive circle on its back...”

1) That’s the first suspect description using the word “black” in living memory.

2) Overheard at police headquarters: “No distinctive circle on either of these. The DA says, let’em go.”
