I hope the Israelis have the stones to do what needs to be done.
I think it will be in 2017 predicated on the fact that we have a new, conservative, president in the Oval Office, that will back them up.

Nothing really massive.
Just a very small, sloppy, low-order burst, in the area of 1 KT or so at their main production area. Make it look like a “handling accident.”
Destroy plant, kill lots of Woggie scientists, technicians.
Salt it with some of the old Soviet Pu Israel and US bought when Ukraine and others wanted to dispose of fissionable weapons “left around’ when old USSR dissolved. That way, Ivan gets some of blame.
Don’t send in on missile or A/C. Smuggle it in in car/truck so you leave no footprints / radar track.
Proves they were making bomb and cannot be trusted, and also, even if given bomb, proves they cannot due it right!
P.S. Do it inside their main underground plant. That provides great tamping for even the smallest explosion.

Whatever Israel does is their business... as long, as it does not involve the USA militarily or economically. If the actions of any country cause the USA serious economic pain, and $10 a gallon gas is pain, the prudence of any such action is questionable if they consider the USA an ally.
Washington and Jefferson opposed entangling alliances for a reason. Just like we see with our trade deals (that Trump espouses) they are rarely negotiated effectively where they are better for America than they are for our “partners and allies”.
I don’t like what has happened to the USA, with our debt, our economy, and the fact we have a trillion dollar military where a lot of profiteers are making $$$ and we can’t even defend our borders. I’m not supportive of the actions of any other countries that would further harm our standing.
