For some reason, they keep saying after each verdict that "Part B is left unanswered and that the answer in Part C is yes."
Does anybody know that that means?
Part B - Did you find the defendant NOT GUILTY on this count solely based on the defense of insanity?
Part C - Did the defendant use, or possess, or threaten the use of, a deadly weapon?
Not really, I missed the beginning of the verdict being read.
If anybody else knows, please enlighten us.
