Un-fermented soy couldn’t be worse for you. Avoid it to the extent you can, which is difficult, as it’s in nearly everything. May as well go on Bruce Jenner’s hormone therapy regimen as to drink and eat that poison.
Soy is estrogenic. I wouldn’t recommend it to any male.

Soy is evil. Horrible for both men and women.
It is most likely the main cause of the increase of thyroid issues.

I do like almond, cashew and coconut milks. I can’t drink white milk without flavoring or sweeteners added because of an incident when I was about 5.
And you might as well be drinking water for any milk less than 2%.
