Blacks own houses that were once in Detroit's, Chicago's and Baltimore's 'better neighborhoods'. Homes built by our grandfathers and great grandfather's... homes that are now trash.
The same will become true of Kansas City... it's an established pattern.

My brother went to Detroit a couple years ago, he saw the dilapidated mansions.
Sad, that used to be a great American city.
Chicago has plenty of well off Whites and nice neighborhoods, on the North side. Hyde park on the South side has seen a lot of Blacks come in, but still plenty of Whites. I don’t think any of the crap areas of Chicago were ever formerly among the cities’ best areas.
