Ditto. Let's face facts: Reagan was a Democrat at one point. The Donald isn't perfect, but uh, he sure is saying what needs said.
He also belonged to a couple of other lessor parties through the year! He is fed up with politics as is. He is an American first

Yes, he’s saying what you want to hear said, but does he believe any of it himself. He didn’t a few years ago when he just as vociferously took opposite positions on many issues.
I’m with Huff Po on this one; he belongs in the entertainment world, not the political world.
You betcha. But I am curious about something. We here at Free Republic are seeing Trump hitting it out of the park, on issue after issue. And folks who watch Fox News are probably noticing the same thing.
But I wonder if Joe six-pack, the guy who was - or could have been - a Reagan democrat is getting the message. Or are NBC and the other toadies blocking anything positive about Trump?
Because today's media is not the media of Reagan's time. They are much more nakedly partisan now. Trump won't get votes from the middle if the middle doesn't know what he stands for.
