“There’s no doubt that McCain is a Republican in name only, but I feel Trump lost a good portion of potential voters by disparaging a member of our armed forces.”

Well, time will tell, but for me Trump was right on. McCain has sullied his service as a Navy pilot by any number of disgraceful subsequent actions. He ditched his sick first wife for a wealthy “beer heiress.” His involvement in the Savings and Loan Scandal, was a close call and there are those who say that he was guilty. His “maverick” behavior as a Senator has been shameful. The idea of him as president send chills down my spine, so count me as one who thinks it was high time to call McCain out. Its time to call a spade a spade and let the chips fall where they may. Collectively, the whole bunch in DC, with few exceptions, is a pileish hit.

The beer heiress (or rather, her dearly departed) has a rather interesting background if you look close. AZ was the wild West not too long ago.

He is not a member of our Armed Forces. He was 40 years ago. I thought only the Left "Feels" instead of using logic and reason. That is perhaps the reason you have not a clue about members of the Armed "Forces.

Me too, I flat out refused to vote for John McCain in 2008, I went 3rd party instead. McCain was just a bridge to far for this conservative voter.
