Bullshit!

I would financially support his suit against the Gaystapo, indolent, and politically correct activists in ANY elected or appointed position of power.

"Nor smart" does not rise to the level of justifying abuse of his personal Constitutional rights; nor to the demand that as a condition of employment, he must surrender those rights.

The Bill of Rights is absolute, not subject to Amendment or interpretation.

2/3 of the states can add or repeal any amendment at any time.

That’s why women vote, why we’re not still under prohibition, why the President can only serve 2 terms, etc.
