If you are not against what they are doing because you don't like the subject matter of that site, don't cry if they hack FR or some similar site and no one speaks up, or other support the hackers because they took down a conservative site...
These hackers are blackmailing criminal scum.
What’s shocking is that there are 37 million subscribers.
Adultery is bad. So is blackmail and extortion.
There are no good guys here. I’m just disappointed that it wasn’t a group of angry wives. LOL!
RE: Whats shocking is that there are 37 million subscribers.
Ashley Madison is used by people from 30 countries worldwide.
I’d really like to know how many AMERICAN subscribers there are.
This site:
http://www.statista.com/statistics/183663/number-of-married-couples-in-the-us/
Tells us that as at 2014, there are about 60 million married couples in the US. If the number of American subscribers number by the millions, this country is in bigger societal trouble than pessimistic me already think.
You are correct. ABsolutely.
My wife and I have had problems in our marriage. Audltery wasn’t one of them though, nor was addiction or gambling. Mainly, I can be a jerk unless I’m thinking about it.
However, over the years of commitment, we’ve worn the sharp edges off each other, and these are the very best years of our lives.
And they are just going to keep getting better, with God’s help.
My X cheated and left 14 years ago. I get a sinking feeling in my stomach just thinking about this site. . . .
Never heard of it before today, but then, I don’t have affairs....
This is one time that I’m cheering for the hackers. :-)
I just want to back up what Ghost wrote...
It’s all true: These days, even if every person on that website is caught cheating, their spouses might file for divorce, but adultery means nothing in divorce court. It doesn’t affect child custody or visitation, child support, or property division. Usually, it doesn’t even affect alimony. That’s why most people choose the “no fault” route.
