it was a campaign rally..
He was the cavalry coming to save the veterans and the VA..

this is Tennessee, the Volunteer State..many veterans from all wars..
the Chattanooga area is mostly white...
most of them have Confederate ancestors..
Gee is that the “diversity” that Obama so highly admired this morning ???
