I know what you mean about average guy, but the average guy in some groups is not an average guy. Too many born out of wedlock and taught to blame all their failures on others, may leave their average guy far below average overall.
We can address the causes of this, and realize some races have been ravaged by people who meant well (or not).

you need to have people that do not kiss your ass for no reason or kick your ass for no reason...but people that call you.when your head up you ass even with a reason
just play it straight....its the other guy problem if they cant accept that your indifferent to the race either way..
