It makes it look to the stupid, uninformed US voter that he actually GOT something from the "deal".
In reality, he got jack squat.
I've NEVER seen a "negotiation" where one side got EVERYTHING, and the other side claims some sort of "victory".
It's like losing all of your money in Vegas, and then bragging about what a great hotel you stayed at.
