American's don't like being treated with violent heavy handed tactics like they're the enemy for things like turn signal traffic infractions.
I'd say government and it's agents better figure this out while they still have time to do so.
The woman violated a traffic law. A law enforcement officer stopped her. She was impudent & provoking. (The way which she was acting; he may have seen her cigarette as a potential weapon.) - I wonder whether her combative manner might not have continued with other jail employees. Did she commit suicide?
