1. TX doesn’t quite work like that, but try again. In TX, we’re happy with our LEOs. We could care less what out-of-staters think.

2. Asking where you’re going or been is not a violation of your 4th amendment rights and it has been before SCOTUS and upheld. It is not a ‘verbal search’, which is a stupid concept to begin with.

BTW...the traffic stop is a violation of the law that gives the cop probable cause to stop you and question you.

Quit watching Judge Judy and actually read the law for once. Your posts are getting dumber and dumber.

I have never been to Texas, but anyone watching that video would think the cop was arrogant. You think Texans are happy with their LEOs, but how do you know that? Texans are most likely anti authority, which does not fit in with your perception.
I won’t answer a cops question that i think is intrusive, at the most I would lie.

Now, go out and ticket people for minor things, and see how far your department gets love and approval from the public.
