The irony of this whole situation is that she was a Black Lives Matter activist, but in the end apparently her own life didn’t even matter to her.
And you want others to be held accountable for something that had no value to her.

You can keep posting your same verbatim opinions over and over, but it still will only be your opinion and will not be true. Facts are stubborn things. You might start educating yourself a bit and actually read the laws so you don’t sound so ignorant, but I’m sure that would be too mentally exhausting or too hard for someone like you.
