Ok...since you’re slow, let me say this again...

Unprofessional does NOT equal illegal!! His attitude, right or wrong, does NOT violate the law!! You can NOT sue a cop in TX, with State Constitutional immunity, unless he violates the law!!

The traffic stop (per SCOTUS) is NOT concluded until after the cops tells her he can leave!! When the ticket is written and/or given to the driver is irrelevant.

Hopefully, you will understand this time! Geez...like talking to a brick wall only the brick wall might be smarter.

LOL....It was pure harassment of a non-threatening lone female occupant on her way to her first day on the job.

The entire incident was intentionally escalated by the cop, who's supposed to be the experience professional, who is supposed to be taught how to deescalate a minor situations.

He's handing her a signed warning ticket, the traffic stop was all but over. Watch the video...And then suddenly he demands she put out her cigarette? That's total harassment only meant to escalate the situation.

This is clear to anyone capable of critical thought.

I will ping you with the family sues the crap out of the government down there. And they deserve it.
