There is a specific order in which motions must be processed. The motion Clinton’s lawyer made to dismiss takes preference.
The lawyer would be considered inept if he didn’t file the motion.
The media is simply using it as a tool to make the public think that the Clintons are without fault
While I recognize the points that you’ve made, the entire legal system from SCOTUS down to the courthouse cat has done so much damage both to the country and their own credibility over the past years (with the whipped cream & cherry on top courtesy of the Supremes’ last session), I don’t know if I could have any reaction but sarcasm to ANYTHING that came out of a court.
...except maybe resignations.
