College graduates are accepting $15 to $20 an hour jobs. This will have a ripple effect.

My main question is asked in the article: why does this only apply to fast food jobs? Is that legal

Of course not. This punishes all but Fast Food Workers, which makes it a Bill of Attainder issue.

But laws are so November 5, 2012.

In the People’s Republic of New York, with Comrade Cuomo at the helm, there are no laws that cannot be ignored for the ‘public good’.

Plus it will create jobs at the unemployment office.
