Socialism has several enigmas that can’t seem to be explained well, to my way of thinking. One being, why would liberal Jews vote ‘D’ when the democrats are dedicated to the destruction of Israel? Another is demonstrated in this article.. Why in the heck would people embrace an ‘ism’ that diminishes the ability to pursue betterment (freedom, wealth and property) for themselves, their children and their children’s children?
There may be several answers.. Ignorance, school indoctrination, hyped fears. But this writer is jumping in to the Soviet-style alligator’s mouth with best foot first and eyes wide open..

Liberal Jews are secular Jews. Israel has nothing to do with a divinely chosen people. Instead, the country is an embarrassment that they wish would just go away.
I’ve been told that the loss of amy of one’s senses causes the other senses to become stronger in an effort to compensate for the one that’s been lost. I suspect that the leftists’ extreme sense of self-importance is somehow related to the loss of their sense of humor.
