What do Montgomery’s storage devices have to do with Arpaio’s immigration practices?
Apparently the 50 hard drives were also scheduled to be destroyed.
If that is true than someone at MCSO is going to jail.
The Montgomery stuff points to intent. According to Judge Snow’s reading of the evidence the MCSO hired Monty to rig up a phony conspiracy between Judge Snow and the DOJ. So instead of following the courts orders, they tried to frame the judge.
Obviously that would be illegal.
