GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush speaks before a crowd of about 100 in Gorham on Thursday.

In the shadow of the state’s highest mountain, Republican presidential hopeful Jeb Bush Thursday outlined his plan to tackle a different Mount Washington.

The former Florida governor talked about his plan to overhaul the federal government by cutting the federal workforce, fixing the tax structure and passing a constitutional amendment requiring a balanced budget.

Describing himself as a reform-minded conservative, Bush said he favors shrinking the size of federal government and returning more control to the state and local level.

“..overhaul the federal government by cutting the federal workforce, fixing the tax structure and passing a constitutional amendment requiring a balanced budget. “

Well, he got that much right. What about education and amnesty?

“reform-minded conservative” = “compassionate conservative” = “1,000 points of light” = MUSH.

No, thanks, Jebbie—we ain’t buying. No more Bushes.

Me@nwhike DT is being covered by three major networks nationwide. One is the professional politician and one a businessman who knows marketing. One is expounding his own vitures and the other while doing the same is bringing attention to a national issue.

So, Jeb has confined the announcement of his agenda to mostly “tweaking” the existing system. Nothing about major reform, repeal, and return to the principles of limited government.

All the old tools for imposing imperial tyranny in the future will remain in place, and await only the seizing of power by a narcissistic, unethical troll to put them into action.

Oh, wait, that already happened.

Haha - Gorham NH - talk about the land time forgot. A perfect setting to explain “this is what happens when you cling to the past”. FYI - there were some funny stories about this town getting an armored battle vehicle around the time the Ferguson protests.

The best metaphor for the ¡Jeb! campaign is the current profile of the Old Man of the Mountain.

The lady is right. They are not entitlements. She and others paid into those programs and they were COMPELLED to do so. The programs are in trouble because pandering politicians like Bush III raided them, poorly designed them and poorly managed them. The money to salvage them should come directly out of the pockets of those politicians who destroyed the system.

1. We join a one-world government under control of the global elites.

2. You little people STFU.
