Let me state again that I am leaning towards Ted Cruz. But I really have been thanking God every recent day for the Donald Trump phenomenon.
And as stated, in several threads, Trump has already rendered the Jeb Bush promotion irrelevant.
The Trump Effect is allowing Cruz to surge against the Milquetoasts, and more people learn that Cruz has all of the good things Trump does, without the baggage.
I have been supporting Cruz from the beginning because he strikes me as the most conservative but I have not had a chance to read his book yet or do any real research on him. I don’t understand a couple of his recent votes but I also have concerns about all of the others.
I am currently reading Trump’s book, “Time to Get Tough: Making America #1 Again” and so far I am thoroughly impressed.
I think the mistake people here are making is that they are thinking in terms of democrat/republican rather than liberal/conservative and all of the many definitions or parts of conservationism.
In his book, Trump refers to liberals with total disdain and says many things he could have taken straight from the posts here on FR.
